MBharat is an online intermediary that connects independent Entrepreneurs, sellers and service providers ("Entrepreneurs") with Customers. MBharat:
- does not manufacture, own, store, inspect or deliver the products or perform the services listed;
- is not a party to the contract of sale or service between an Entrepreneur and a Customer;
- does not endorse or guarantee any Entrepreneur, listing, price, review or rating.
Any transaction you enter into is solely between you and the Entrepreneur. You are responsible for verifying the suitability, quality, legality and safety of any product or service before purchasing.
3. Product & Service Information
Descriptions, images, weights, colours, pricing and availability are supplied by Entrepreneurs and may contain errors or change without notice. Handmade and home-made items may vary from the images shown. For food products, please check ingredients, allergen information and shelf life directly with the Entrepreneur.
4. No Professional Advice
Content relating to health, beauty, nutrition, finance, legal, educational or other specialised topics — including in workshops and listings — is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any such information.
5. Workshops & Exhibitions
Workshops, classes and exhibitions are organised by third parties. Schedules, venues, facilitators and content are set by the organiser and may be changed or cancelled by them. MBharat is not responsible for the conduct, safety or outcomes of these events.
6. User-Generated Content
Reviews, ratings, comments and other user-submitted content reflect the views of individual users, not of MBharat. We do not routinely verify such content and are not liable for it.
